Room upgrades for HM?

Room upgrades for HM?

Hey Girls!!
Ok, I am in the processing of pricing and booking and all inclusive trip to Aruba and Disney for our HM, and The room that the TA wants to book us is for a garden view with no romance at all about it (no hot tub...) Now the jr suite has it all but it is 1000 more!!!(for the whole stay) This room I guess would be an up grade, but what are the chances of actually getting an upgrade when you get there??? Anyone have any info on this? We plan on staying at the Occidental in Aruba. TIA

Mimi, I have to look into it, I have a time share with Occidental and I do believe they upgrade you, but not at all of the resorts. Depends on the availability they have, make sure that they know its your HM at all times. I was going to go there also, but really loved the Royal Hideaway and decieded to stay there instead. I think that they probably will upgrade you at that resort. I think you have a good posibility.

we upgraded our garden view room to an ocean view suite with a jacuzzi tub in jamaica...and i have to say i loved it. the room made it feel more like an HM. but it sounds like a lot of money for your upgrade! (ours was just a couple hundred)
