root canal

i have to get one in 2 weeks has anyone had one?? How bad is it??

I had two. They really weren't that bad. They numb you up pretty well so it shouldn't hurt while they're doing it. Good luck

I have had one. There is pain afterwards, but it is not as horrible as everyone makes it out to be. The pain is actually less than the pain you feel on a daily basis with that tooth. I was so thankful when that darn nerve was out!!

I had one when I couldn't take the pain any longer (I was begging FH to hit in the mouth...he was like 'Uh...no'

In all honestly I hate the dentist and avoid going at all cost but I didn't feel anything. Then I had the second one done without the pain and it didn't hurt either.

Its one of my molars, i have to get the root canal and also later on she suggested my wisdom teeth out, they are too crowded

i've had one....its not that bad, i actually thought getting my wisdom teeth pulled was much worse....you will be in pain the first day but after that it should be fine...good luck!!!

ur looking at 600 for the rct and about 900 for the crown. not sure what ur ins covers.....

i had a few a few months ago. if they numb you preety well it will not hurt but my mine did because i had three done at a time. try and avoid salty foods afterwards bc i ate chips afterward and i was in pain..good luck

its not bad at all....I was terrified and it ended being one of the best dental exp I've had. Literally. It was over pretty quickly, no after pain and I didn't stay numb as long as I usually do. AND the dr was a hottie who looked and sounded like Colin Farrell and he spoke the whole time telling me funny stories about his wife and kiddies.
