Where did you buy your rose petal cones? If you made them, are there instructions on how to make them? Also, how do you know how many to make???

My FMIL crocheted (sp?) them. She put a little starch so that the fabric would be more firm.
She made one for each female guest and a bunch of extras

I am in the process of making them. I just took paper doli's and curled it into a cone. I think I might run ribbion through the middle of it b/c they look a little borning. I purchased the dolie's at michael's. It is in the baking section, they came 16 in a pack and were $1.99.
