I would like rose petals scattered on the left and right hand side of my church aisle. The aisle is about 100 feet long. I was quoted $400.00 from my florist. Does this sound too high?
way too high. i've heard that the florist 'throws in' the rose petals when you order a package from them!

if your florist won't throw in rose petals, why not buy some dozens of roses at costco or bj's and have some people do it the day of. That's what I am doing.
Im thinking that florists throw in the petals when they are to be thrown quickly and everyone gets a small handful, maybe you were quoted a high price because its for a 100 ft ...if they wont go down in price, I think its a great idea to buy them and take the petals off yourself..if theyre old anyhow, you should be able to buy them cheap!!!
