What's the best place to purchase rose petals at a decent price?
Should I buy fresh, silk or freeze dried ones? Pros & cons of these.

My florist provided them for my wedding, so we used real rose petals. Due to my package, I didn't have to pay for the petals cause they threw it in for free for having a small wedding party.

I know orientaltrading.com sells rose petals for about $3.99/$4.99 for about 500 petals in a package, or a maybe a little less than that, but much better prices than AC Moore/Michael's that sell for $29.99 for 300. Orientaltrading also offers many different colors and combos.

I am going to get them from our florist because before I got them from our florist, I was going to buy them from oriental trading. They have the best prices for silk petals (that I found anyway).

same here... these were the best prices that i was able to find... plus there is a 5-10% off coupon floating around the boards... they looked very realistic too!

I got mine from my florist and they were about $20 a bag I think. I got 2 for tossing after the wedding.
