rotisserie

Hi.

I hear these are fab.

Can you tell me which one you have and how much you paid for yours?

Also, explain to me what the benefits of using it are.

Thanks.

Re: rotisserie

I have the Ron Popiel Showtime Rotsserie 'Set it and Forget it'.

It's great to cook London Broil, Roast Beef, Roast Chickern, Spare Ribs, Kebabs, Fish, veggies, etc, etc ...

It allows the meat to cook evenly and you can stop it to brown a side if you want. The fat drips down to the bottom into a pan.

I've made prime rib and it came out perfectly.

Re: rotisserie

I have one and LOVE IT!! I got it for my bridal shower from my sister but I think she paid $99 at Fortunoff's. You can def get it cheaper on Ebay.

The chicken comes out soooo juicy and the skin soo crispy. DH loves when I make roasted chicken. There is alot more you can do with it but I haven't really experimented.

I am curious too....

Does the food cook faster? And do you see a noticable difference in your electric bill using this vs. the overn?
