Rough Night

So last night FBIL told FSIL that he wants a divorce. FSIL is one of my best friends/bms. I felt awful...I went there straight from work and stayed until about 12;30. She is so upset and in such denial. I wish i could do something. I feel like I am reliving my sister's divorce all over again. It stinks. Please do you and your FH a favor...make SURE you want to be married before you get there.

OMG I feel so bad for her. Was it a total shock or did she see it coming? I mean regardless it's still upsetting when someone wants out of a relationship. I'll keep her in my thoughts and prayers

i know I worry all the time b.c most of my fam is divorced, its soooo sad. But i have to say I think we will be ok we are always able to talk about thingsm I think communication is the most important thing

yes it was her...they have been married for 3 years but together for 11...i feel so terrible...she is so amazing and i hate to see her going through this!

thought the same thing!! omg that is terrible... I'm so sorry but she is lucky to have you to help her through it! That is terrible bc it puts you in an awkward position now.

well, im glad that he finally told her, but i still think his reasoning is fccccukeddd up... you dont just drop everything bc you decide marriage isnt for you... wthhhh.... it ***** that you had to be involved in it!!!
