rough patch.. update

rough patch.. update

i need some reassurance that this happens to other people...

we had a really rough day yesterday... i almost broke up with him... it was bad... we seem to be okay now... we're still going to AC tomorrow...

but i need some of that reassurance that a lot of couples go through this... please?

yes many go through this., we did not have a rough patch but felt removed lately with all work i have been doing so we needed some quality time together.

go to AC and have a great time!!!

Um, I am ENGAGED and go through these rough patches. It's completely normal- EVERY couple does- whether they are dating 5 months, married 5 years or 25 years- they all go through this. You guys will be fine!

omg since this deployment started in january we almost broke up 10 times but then we realize it was somwthing stupid and things are better later on or the next day but yes every couple argues

yuppp every1 has these bad days! sometimes i feel like maybe it just wont work out, but then i take a step back and remember how much i love him and how much he loves me...and all of the good things he does..

We broke up two times - very close together - last year - once was for a weekend and the other for a whole week. Most of the fighting and the breaking up stemmed from knowing we were going to have to be apart for a third year - it happens - it is what you do to fix it that matters. I realized during that week that even if I couldn't be near him - I couldn't be without him.

FH and me have been together for 12 and a half years...

We have definitely had PLENTY of rough patches..it's just the natural ebb and flow of relationships.

Enjoy your time in AC and don't stress!

uhhh it NEVER happens to me!!! What is wrong with your relationship riss?!? You had a fiance before and im sure other bf's... you should def know that its a normal part of life! Idont care what people say, but my theory is, if you claim you and your sig other never fight, it just means you're not digging deep enough at one another! The more open communication you have, the more you will discover about one another- both good and bad!!!! It how you resolve it that matters!
