well, after spending an entire afternoon out looking at 8 properties, we saw 1 possibility.... we'll see,

yes, where are you looking? and what realtor are you working with? they showed you 8 properties and only 1 is a possibility? Firstly, 8 at one time is far too many in one day. You will get too confused and not remember all the details. when i take buyers out, i show no more than 4 at a time. this will also help narrow down exactly what you are looking for. if you want, FM me details for what you are looking for and i'll see what i come up with.
