We are thinking of going here? Anyone reviews people can offer would be very helpful. I also heard that Secrets Capri is great too! Which one????? I can't decide!
We went to 2 different resorts on our HM and Royal Hideaway was one of them. Personally, I would not go back there. It was a very small resort and didn't offer much to do. The beach was very small and most of it was eroded away when it was it by Hurricane Wilma a few years back. They currently have sand bags on the beach. If you run a search on tripadvasor.com you will see what I'm talking about. The good thing is that the food there is very good but they give you very small portions. I think the resort is over priced for what it offers. Also, the resort only has 8 ocean front rooms so to get one of those you really have to shell out some money.
El Dorado Royale was awesome. WE just came back from there. clean, fun and oh so much great food. I saw the Excellence too while down there and it was pretty nice by what I saw.
I loved royal hideaway and we go away alot! the hotel was great the service was great...i deff reccommend this place if you want all inclusive the food was amazing...the town is only 5 min by cab
