So....I went for my tasting last night and all I can say is...
YUMMY!!!!!! Everything was AMAZING and we were havikng trouble picking choices for our main fish dish so Gerard made up 5 different fish dishes to choose from....I am soo excited and FH woke me up this morning saying how he had a dream it was the day and he had a table full of the filet mignion!!!! we will not be disappointed...
Also the room was set for today!!! Who is getting married there today!!! Good luck and send pics!!!

How about the cake...did you get to do tastings?

Yea def be excited it was great!!! The stations are really up to you. You can do 5 stations and then add ons if u choose...I am doing 6 stations and passed are basically whatever you want to pick...we chose a few and then Gerard named a few that sounded good so we said ok since we wanted to satisfy everyone and not just us as the hosts...
with the cake u dont get to taste the fillings but you can get whatever you want inside and can even split th cake with 2 different fillings...
