How many stations and passed hor d'eourves do you get to choose for the Royalton?
Also do they serve dessert in addition to the wedding cake?
I forget... we have our meeting to decide the menu in June and I want to go in prepared with some ideas.
Thanks!

Re: Royalton Menu
Hey! I just copied and pasted from my thread on our menu! Check it out! We're not big into stations for the CH, that's why we have so few. Feel free to FM me if you have questions! Below:
Hey everyone!! Just wanted to say how excited I am about picking all our details!! We went over every single detail from the arrival to the after party end (3 am!!). Here it is!!
7:00 pm- Guests arrive to Bellinis, Pellegrino, Lemonade, and Iced Tea. Also cold canapes and little tartlettes will be passed and on the tables in the waiting area.
7:30-8:00 pm-Ceremony
8:00-9:00pm-CH. Guests leave ceremony through a line of butlers with signature martinis in our colors! A purple Pomegranate Martini, and a green Sour Apple Martini. CH food includes an outdoor grill with Chimichurri marinated Skirt Steak, Grilled Chicken, and Grilled Swordfish and grilled veggies. Inside will be stations with large wheels of sliced cheese, salamis and other meats, hummus, breads, all cold antipasto. Then a Mashed Potato Bar!! With Pesto Mashed Potatos, Yukon Gold Mashed, and Purple Peruvian Mashed! All the toppings, and fried potato wedges to dip! Served in martini glasses. The passed hors d'oeuvres are baby Lamb chops, Spanakopita, Brushcetta, Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Sesame seared Tuna with wasabe, Potato Pancakes with creme fraiche and caviar, Nova Lox with cream cheese and capers on pumpernickel, Portobello mushroom fries with dipping sauces, Risotto ball, Lobster Spring Roll, and I can't remember the rest! Pitchers of sangria out on the bar.
9:00-1:00 am- Dinner and dancing.
First course is a butter lettuce, red leaf lettuce, Boston bibb lettuce with poached pear and goat cheese salad. A sorbet intermezzo is offered.
Entree choices are: Filet with Roasted Fingerling Potatos, Roasted French cut Chicken with Risotto, Chilean Sea Bass with mixed Vegetables, and a cheesy Risotto with mixed vegetables for the Vegetarian. We get one of each at our table!! Plated dessert is a creme brulee with chocolate dipped biscotti and fresh berries. Also a family style selection on each table of pastries and cookies. Wedding Cake is red velvet with cream cheese icing, and white fondant. It's a square cake with 4 tiers and little pearls all over it! Very simple.
1:00-3:00-AFTERPARTY!! WOOHOO!! Cognacs and cordials, cigars will be passed. Open bar stays open. A spread of mini cheeseburger sliders, mini grilled cheese, mini pulled pork bbq sandwiches. Then a full candy bar. Then a spread of little mini brownies, and a mini oven that bakes fresh oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip cookies. They also serve milk in mini martini glasses!! So cute!!!
SOOOOO that's it!!! 42 Days and counting!!!

Have some of your own, but they have a selection they give you to choose from really. We had our tasting when we booked, and we tasted the three dishes we are using for the wedding. Have you booked yet with them? If so, I would call them and ask when you can have your tasting and take it from there.
