Royalton Tasting

....was amazing...had a poached pear salad with mesculin greens, cranberries, walnuts with a light citrus vinegarette, a garlic crostini with goat cheese, topped with fried leeks...

entrees were bone in rib eye steak over mashed potatoes and bundled veggies, long island roast duck over forbidden rice with berry reduction and chilean sea bass over lobster risotto with wilted spinach...

let me just say...amazing...none of us are going to be able to choose the day of the wedding

we actually sat down a few weeks ago and did our 'menu planning'...aka tell me what you want to eat and we will make it...there is no set list of things you have to choose from, everything is done custom...my fiance and i are def foodies and they def impressed us...
