i'm using them-- they were nice to us.

i have heard mixed things about the person you meet with when you first go there-- i don't think they go out of their way to be really 'customer servicey' lol if that's a word! but i didn't care about that-- just wanted to get in and out and get the car we wanted-- i wanted something different so we got the queen's car (diamler convertible) pictured below-- that's for us and then a mercedes s600 for the BP-- they have two of the mercedes and four of the diamler's so i'm not too worried about breaking down b/c there are 'back ups' and they seem to take great care of their cars-- they are in this huge hanger protected from the weather and elements-- we liked and the price was right so we booked-- in terms of reliability, i have heard great things so that was what was most important to me.
