Not happy with their customer service. My FH was trying to get a quote over the phone and they were very short with him and refused to give him a price... W T F?!?!?! Aren't they vendors on LIW? Don't they give out quotes in the Vendors Helping Brides?
Well they lost our business!

try Camelot, they're great...their customer service is really good, they make you feel so comfortable. So many girls here have booked them.

so funny...Same thing happened to me. We were looking to meet with Royalty and get a price and then when I called to confirm they said we didn't have an appointment...Long story short, we booked camelot on the spot!!!!
sorry you had a bad experience but Royalty is amazing! they have been in business for a billion years and though i am 31 all my friends and I have been using them since junior prom in 9th grade! dont think they give quotes over the phone but they did pretty good by me. got 2 10/1 pass 300m limos for bp, and excalibur for me/dad then me/fh, and 2 reg limos for the fam for $1950!

Def check out Camelot - they are super accomodating!
I 100% agree with Camelot. They are working with us, for our wedding!!! They were really nice and I didnt feel pressured at all

im sorry this happened to u also..but i have to agree they were great with me..maybe some places just dont like giving quotes on the phone?hope u find what u r looking for
