Royalty Limo

Anyone have any advice on this company i booked there 30 passenger limo bus and i am getting worried now i have emailed them numberous times for a question i have and no response and someone told me the limo bus is like a 2004 im worried need help... thanks

also anyone know of any hotels/motels close to the Sandcastle in Franklin Square for my guests.

hmmm... i am booked with them. i would give them a call instead of emailing them. some companies are just more computer savvy than others.

I went to their showroom and all of the limos looked to be in great shape, but i dont kow any specifics of yours.

My sister used them for her wedding. Their service was great, but they are so incredibly rude.

I saw them at a showcase at Sandcastle and the vehicles seemed so nice. I didn't go with them because they didn't have the car I wanted available for my date. My sister is getting is getting married at Sand Castle and using them for her wedding soom.... So far everything is good with them......if you can call them think you may have a better chance of getting someone....s the previous poster posted some places aren't computr savvy. Try going in to see the vehicle...

Call instead of email. I am using them and they are busy but have always gotten me an answer.

Just used them for my sister's wedding this weekend and no complaints. They came on time, were very nice, and let us know that we were running later when the photog wanted more pics.

I had a horrible experience with them, please try calling them rather than email...You will get faster results...

i booked with them and have had no problems so far...they have been great actually and i know a fewpeople who have used them and they were great for them too...i say try calling them

I'm booked with them for my wedding and recently used them for a winery tour. GREAT experience. Give them a call. Ask for Diane, she's so helpful.

I'm using royalty, i've used them for other things in the past and haven't had problems.

as far as the hotels, i live in Franklin Square and the closest hotels i can think of are the hampton inn on sunrise/merrick in rockville centre, holiday inn/hilton garden inn/la quinta in westbury, and a new quality inn on jericho turnpike in floral park
