Has anyone used Royalty limo recently? If so, can you provide a review? Where they on time? Where you happy with the limo they showed up with? Where the drivers good?

Re: Royalty limo ?
My aunt used them for her wedding last May (I was her MOH) and they were great. Very prompt, courteous, and the drivers were a breeze to talk to. I plan to book them for my wedding.

Re: Royalty limo ?
I booked them for my wedding.. which will be in November. If you are thinking of booking with them.. they really were nice about picking out a pricing plan and worked with our budget. If you are staying over-night anywhere and you need a ride from your wedding hall to a hotel.. Ask for a courtsey car to bring you.. if you don't ask they don't provide one for you. Someone who booked with them offered that tip at one of the wedding show cases that I went to .. and when I went to book with them I had mentioned it and thats how I got that offer.

Re: Royalty limo ?
Both of my cousins used Royalty for their weddings recently and they both had great experiences (I was a BM in both weddings- and can say that the drivers were extremely nice and professional). They showed up on time and were more than accomodating. For one wedding we went from Hauppauge to Seaford to Old Westbury Gardens and then to Hauppauge again and they were on time for everything and helped all the girls get in and out of the car (it was an SUV).
I booked them for my wedding next September and they are by far the best priced limo company around in Western Nassau County.
You will see if you do a search that some girls will say that their customer service may be lacking over the phone but in my experience with them they were extremely nice and helpful when setting up appointments. A company that highly gets reviews and praises on here I felt that the owner was extremely c0cky and full of themselves - someone that I wouldn't want to give my business too but others have nothing but good things to say. It really just depends on the person who is going to a particular vendor and the employees who are working at that moment. If you get a good vibe from them then you should book them because it will be YOU & your FH that have to deal with the particular vendor for the day and not anyone else.
HTH!!!

Re: Royalty limo ?
I used them for my wedding and they were great... Cars were great, drivers were very nice and personable, and they came on time. We asked for a car to bring us from the reception to the hotel afterwards, and that was fine also. Overall, had a very good experience with them.

I used them for my wedding! They arrived early, the drivers were very friendly and the cars were all clean. Could not find any fault with them. I highly recommend!

Re: Royalty limo ?
I have them booked for my wedding as well!! Very reasonably priced, and only place I called that is sending a 10 passenger limo over a town car to pick us up at the end of the reception

Re: Royalty limo ?
I am using them for my wedding, my sister did and my two cousins did as well. Best price and quality for what I needed. They were 5-600 dollars cheaper than other places, and I got better limos and a bigger bus. It pays off to go into the showroom as well and look around. I went early on a Sunday morning and they gave me a discount for 'coming into the showroom' I am getting the caddiliac dts limo as well as the 40 passenger limo, and they are extremely reasonable. FM me if you have any questions!
