Just out of curiosity, do they call you saying that they are the house recommended vendor and would like to know if you need an appt. Now that's all fine and dandy but I'M BOOKED WITH THEM ALREADY. This is the third time that they have called. Maybe because we just had a showcase but come on you should look over your list before you start calling. I'm almost wondering if they don't have my paperwork and it's making me nervous. You don't even know that I'm your customer. Does this happen to any other brides.

It's funny and it drives me nuts at the same time. They always apologize 100 times before they get off the phone. My fiance wants me to call them to make sure they have us booked b/c he's getting annoyed that this is the third time that they've called. I've used them before for other occassion so I know that they do excellent work but there office skills are a little off.

they are a house vendor at my hall , and have booked them as well. they have never called me. BTW That is the only limo company that my hall recommends other then the in house limo company.

I couldn't even get anyone to call me back and return a phone call. Perhaps they were too busy redialing you!

Yes, they have done that to me.
Joe called and left me a message to make an appointment. I had already had an appt with him several weeks before but Manny ended up elping me when I was there (Joe was with another cust at the time). I just figured maybe since he hadn't seen me he thought I wasn't there or something
