I had trouble contacting him when I called...but in the end (since I am already married) Royalty was one of my favorite vendors - they really did a superb job. Try FMing - I know that Manny responds to the FMs.

When I went there they had him running around with 2 and 3 customers at a time plus answering all his calls when they came in!

I called him 2 days ago. He was busy with a client so I left a message. He never got back to me. So I called again right before closing when I knew it would be slow and he picked up the phone

Pretty late... I think around 8 I called on Sunday aaround 7 maybe later and he answered
You can even call and say you want to stop in and want to know what time someone will be there until.
