Royalty Limos

I won't post her name but I called Royalty Limos for a price quote. And the woman gave me a real quick runaround, sounded annoyed that I was asking questions. So anyway, she would not give me exact prices kept telling me I had to come in to office.

I explained that I work in Manhattan and cant get in very easily, I would prefer to get info on phone then come in. Finally she was like (with attitude) 'Oh all right, I wiil give you exact amounts' Like she was doing ME a favor. I said no thanks.

So now I will go with Alexis Limos - they were nice and helpful on the phone

I would have done the same thing. Places have to understand that they need people with good customer service skills...especially the ones answering the phones!

The same thing happened to me, but I ended up booking them anyway because when I did go in, they gave me the best pricing out of all the limo companies I've seen. And I worked with Manny, not the person who answered the phone. I also met one of the owners and he was really nice.

I agree though, if I didn't go in there, the first impression was not glowing at all.

Sadly, I have to say that I'm not surprised to hear this.

Although, when you go there in person (at least the people my DH saw) were really nice. I also got lucky a couple of times and got Manny on the phone.
