Royalty Limos

I went there tonight with FI and we sat down Manny. He told us that they cant pick me up with the old car because I live in Staten Island. I was very disappoint I couldn't believe it. It wasn't Manny fault. His boss said NO. He felt bad. Manny ask me where was the church and I told him it was in Brooklyn and he told me he can give me the old car in Brooklyn but not SI. I told him that I am taking pictures and it would look stupid if I go in the different car. My FI said we shouldn't depend on there old cars because they might break down.

Now I have to find another company but before I go I have tell them that my FI lives LI and I live in SI.

Manny told me something similar about the old cars. He said it wouldn't go out to my reception hall b/c it was too far east. The mechanic overheard him and spoke up and said yes it would, but then when Manny gave me a price quote he included an extra hour of OVERTIME to get the car back from 'all the way out east' to the showroom.

Do yourself a favor, find another limo company.

We live in Bklyn, had our church in Bklyn, and our reception in Long Island. We didn't use Royalty for the same reason.

I recm'd Romantique Limo's - they're in Bklyn on 86th Street & 14th Avenue - their prices are awesome (cheaper than royalty) and their cars are brand new.

I live in Brooklyn, DH lived in LI at the time, our church was in Brooklyn and the reception in LI. We booked Royalty and we had no problem using an old car all day.

The problem is she lives in Staten Island and they won't send a driver all the way out to Staten Island. I believe the furthest they may go is from LI to Brooklyn. We used them for our wedding and was promised a free limo pick up at the hotel we stayed the night of our wedding which was in LI. When we told them we were going home to our house in Staten Island they wouldn't take us! We had to get dropped off at my MIL's house in Howard Beach

I understand that. It is just that Chrissy said that she did not use them for the same reason but she did not live in SI.

I used the old car from them & I wish I hadn't. Although they are beautiful, they are not very reliable, and it took us FOREVER to get from Queens to Huntington & did indeed cause us to go overtime.

Sorry to be so honest, but I'd hate for someone to got through what I did. I think I may have posted about it in my review.
