Has anyone used Royalty Limos in Franklin Square? I know that they provide the aisle runner in my package but is it mine to keep? I am asking because I am thinking about customizing my runner.

We used Royalty and they were great! They do provide a runner, but u dont keep it.

We went to inquire with them and did not like Manny... he THINKS everybody who walks through the door will book with him- VERY PRESUMPTIOUS!!

I spoke to them today. After the ceremony the runner is disposed of. So you can keep it.

They were very sheisty with us, they wouldn't give us a quote unless we gave them a deposit..

We went to see them the other day and were not impressed. The cars were not kept in the best condition and I didn't really like Manny's salesman-like attitude.

It should state it on your contract. My contract has all the amenities written on it. I think depending on how man cars you book will decide if you get a free runner. For me I went and put my hands on 'literally' the cars that I want. So the exact car that I want is written in on my contract. I guess I'm a lil anal. (I also did a finger dust test aka white glove test when I went to the reception halls).

Very...Very disappointed in Royalty Limos. They have no people skills. Made an appointment with Manny to see a car that was not even there. They are not getting it til May 07. Made a long trip for nothing! Manny wasn't there and didn't even call to let me know he wouldn't be there to re-schedule. I was approached by the owner 'what a piece of work' very unprofessional. Don't know how this guy still running a business.
If you are looking for good service ... great people and awesome prices .... check out REGENCY LIMOUSINE in Smithtown. They were so nice and they have 07 models. Ask for Robert. He included a runner and extra champagne wih my price and he was very accommodating. I am very picky with whom I do business with and I am very fair when it comes to judging people. YOU WILL LOVE THEM!!!!!

I recently visited Royalty and liked them. FH and I are debating between them and another company. Manny was really nice to us and we didn't have a problem at all. He also gave us a quote.

Check with your church or venue first I wanted to get a personalized runner and as of 1/1/07, all the churchs in the diocese of Rockville Centre are not allowing runners AT ALL - NOT EVEN LIMO COMPANY RUNNERS
There have been too many accidents and too many people have sued the church
From what I hear, a lot of churches will be doing this soon

I used Royalty and despite what everyone says, they were AWESOME on my wedding day. The drivers got the whole bridal party lined up for the ceremony and told them when to walk down the aisle. They were early for the pickups and extremely nice to everyone. When I met with them, we sat down and told them what we wanted, they showed us the cars and told us on the spot (without a deposit) how much each car we inquired about, was. They even picked us up the next morning at the hotel and drove us home at NO extra cost. It was a stretch Lexus limo! They are really awesome!
