Royalty Limos?

Hi Guys:

Has anyone used Royalty Limos? They seem to have some really nice cars on their website but the person who just answered their phone was a pretty rude man that kept putting me on hold.

We booked with them for our wedding in December. I dealt with Manny. He was very helpful and we are happy with their prices. Maybe they are really busy today? I hope you get to talk to someone soon!

I used Royalty for my wedding. The day of the wedding, they were early and we had a positive experience with them. My sister used them in July 06 and my SIL used them in September 06 - each time they were early and very professional.

you prob dealt with Manny. he was very rude with me on the phone as well. He has no customer service and made me feel like an idiot when i told him i was planning the wedding from california. i would call camelot - joe is amazing!

Their prices seem more competitive than Camelot plus they have a better fleet IMO. My FH is going to want something different and they have a Cadillac CTS limo and a BMW limo. He will like that. Okay ladies, just wanted to make sure they were reputable.

we used them but they were rude at times i agree w. you there! Im kinda mad i didnt look more im sure I could of gotten something better! Sir Oliver was very nice whenever i talked w. the girl there....my sister used them and had no issues!

i did... i thought they were great!!! prices were good, cars were very clean, they were on time and courteous! i never had a problem...

We booked with them and didn't have any problems. FH dealt with them on the phone and said they were very nice (and he's pretty picky about customer service!). I thought their customer service was good (though probably not outstanding) when we met with them. I have no complaints so far - We got a great deal, too.

We are using them and have heard great reviews about the day-of service and the quality of the cars.

however, I agree that they are rude on the phone and put you on hold a lot and then when you finally get to speak to them, it's like you are bothering them and they have an attitude... my mom had this experience with them...

We used them less than a month ago and they were the only blot on an otherwise awesome day. I plan to post more later, but they pretty much shook us down for extra money on the way to the hall. To be fair, we got a great deal originally, but I didn't like how they handled things at all. The whole thing was very shady and I wouldn't use them again.

NinaChris you just summed it up exactly. However, i can overlook a little rudeness on the phone for a nice,clean, timely and fairly priced limo so I might just get it anyways.

i also booked with manny he was really helpful...mention LIW and you will get 20% off the price...Let him figure out the price first then mention it so that you are sure that you are getting a discount!!
