ROYALTY LIMOS - LIMO CONNECTION
Hello. Please don`t go to Royalty Limos. I had read such wonderful things on her about them, that I had to go check them out myself. Well was I in for a surprise. The place looked like a mechanics shop. Horrible. The owner,Joe, had holes in his pants. Very rude. Got very aggrevated with me, because I wasn`t sure what I wanted. Then as we were leaving just waved us goodbye, no handshake -- nothing. I just found them very unprofessional and their cars were crap. The leather seats were all scuffed up. Black scratches on the outside of the white limos. Just don`t waste your time.

Our experience
I agree their offices is nothing to look at but I certainly didn't get the same reaction you did. The cars they gave us were clean and very presentable. They even went out of their way to be at my house 2 hours instead of one hour before the ceremony. There was a severe thunderstorm headed our way and they thought it would be best to leave much earlier than planned. They didn't even charge us for the extra hour! Just my experience...

I had a good experience
I agree with Maria that the office was not the most modern but the cars were all in a huge garage and they were all clean and ready to go the days I was there. They provided us with excellant service the day of my wedding and I would highly recommend them.

Very Surprised @ Denise`s experience (Long)
After being treated with a severe lack of professionalism by other limo companies (All Star and M&V) we decided to take the extra time to go farther out and check out Royalty based on recommendations from several people. Turned out we were so glad we did. They were so curteous on the phone in setting up our appointment ... for Christmas Eve!! Mike, who I thought was the owner until reading Denise`s post, was so enthusiastic as he showed us nearly every car they had .. even ones we didn`t think we wanted. But that was great, not only was it fun seeing all the different cars and what they looked like, but we got to see how well-kept they were. Anyway, when it came time to make decisions, Mike left us alone, without pressure. He did this twice. Once while still in the showroom, and once while we were sitting in his office discussing prices. When we threw him a curveball, changing our minds to a Jag after he had already worked out prices with another car, he did not make us feel uncomfortable for it. The day of our wedding, it poured all day long. Both cars arrived at my house with more than enough time. One being at least an hour early than the scheduled arrival time, while the other was at least a half-hour early. We were not charged for this extra time. My only knock against them, was that we had to tell the limo drivers how to get where they were supposed to be going. To me, not a big deal. Before we left for the church, out limo driver connected with home base to make an upgrade on the limo that would take us home, at my request .. since we needed room for more people than I originally planned for. We paid them right there, and the upgraded car was waiting there for us when we walked out at the end of the night. I believe Royalty makes it their policy to arrive extra early for pick-up regardless of weather. For my husband`s brother`s wedding, the car had just a few blocks to go for the first pick-up, and the car came at least a half-hour earlier than scheduled. Too many people that I know, as well as so many on this site, have had such great experiences with Royalty. I would still highly recommend to anyone that they check this place out if they need limos.

ROYALTY LIMOS - Denise-Bad,Bad Experience (LONG)
I got married this past Aug and I originally picked out a 10 forty something plymouth because we thought it would look great in pictures, I specifically told them that it was an hour's travel time from the church to the hall and they said no problem it just 'looks' old but the engine is new. So I come out of my house on the hottest day of the year and get into this car and the airc onditioner is not on! I couldn't believe it and I was extremely annoyed and the driver said 'it's an old car I didn't want to keep it running' can you imagine...now before I had to meet my man at the author the driver is asking me if I want to switch cars??? I had to make that decision on a split second without my hubby. They sent a stretch Mercedes Benz and called it an 'upgrade' I said if I wanted the Mercedes I would of rented the Mercedes we got to take very few pictures with the old car until they drove it away in front of the church. Here's the best part....The Mercedes air condition didn't work either! the driver was blaming it on a very humid day me and my hubby had to sit on opposite ends of the bench in order to feel cool...(no nookie nookie in that car, not even smooching!) and for my bridal party they all were sweating to death and stuck to each other. The cars were supposed to come stocked with water, sodas, liquor...we didn't have not ONE bottle of water...yes there was seltzer but no water!...it was a nightmare..my car ran into overtime and the driver demanded money on the spot, we did pay but I called the next day and @@#!$ like you would not believe and we got our overtime money back that's it: bottom Line: I wouldn't recommend them.

ROYALTY LIMOS - LIMO CONNECTION
Hi Kel. We just booked with All Star last night. I read you posts and All Star was very, very accomadating to us. Their cars are the cleanest we saw out of all the limo companies we went too. They really tried to work with us on the price, and very nice. My sister has been dealing with them for her clients for years (so that helped too). When we were told to come in to look at the Rolls, it was there. (I read what happened to you). I guess its possible that All Star was having a bad day or days when you went. But as far as Royalty goes, Joe, the owner did not impress me. He couldn''''''''t have cared less one way or another if he got our business and actually huffed and puffed that I couldn''''''''t make up my mind. We didn''''''''t get to met Mike. But we didn''''''''t like Joe (and as I said he was the Owner), so that just left a bad taste in my mouth. So I guess its true that businesses can have their off-days, just like us! :-) I was very surprised becuase I went to Royalty based on all the recommendations on this website. Just didn''''''''t feel right about it and wanted to share. Take care, Kel. Good luck with your plans. DeniseWelcome New Vendors
