sorry, but fh was doing research on how to get one before he finally got one off the reserved list he was on. these may be different in ny (we're in austin right now), but he did know best buy gets their deliveries sunday morning and that your best bet is to avoid the game stores (they sell out fast) and go to the places where you would never think to look, like sears because they hold their supply longer. if fh has anymore suggestions when he gets home, i'll let you know. hth.

It's a little easier to get the Wii nowadays. I got one at a best buy near me in the middle of a sunday afternoon. i was shocked as well. so you may just want to call the nearest best buy or game stop and see if they have any in stock. the nintendo store in the city also has a bigger shipment and they get a new shipment in more often than other stores. so i guess you can check there as well.
