RP 09: DIY Programs.....A non crafty girl in need of help

think I might make my own programs. Being that I am NOT crafty at all I might need my trusty LIW girls help with this I was thinking of buying the fan programs from Micheals and making them. Has anyone done this? Were they expensive? Were they a total PITA to do? Also does anyone have a Micheals coupon they wouldnt mind sharing?
Does anyone have a website or know how to word these things? I told you I know nothing about this kind of stuff lol! Thanks chicas!
