RP- Are you supposed to tip your wedding coordinator??

RP- Are you supposed to tip your wedding coordinator??

I pay her in cash-- it is her own business.. and this IS her job..

I want to do the right thing, but do not want to spend even MORE money.. help!

I would say if it's her own business & the money is hers, no....you can always throw in some $$ if she does a fabulous job, but I think if she pockets the money herself, it's not necessary. I was brought up to tip regardless, but for some reason in this case it doesn't seem as if you should be obligated...
