RP BHB: Paralegal/Legal Assistant Jobs in NY?

Is anyone a paralegal or legal asistant? My younger brother is graduating from college and wants to work in a law firm before heading off to law school. Where should he start looking for jobs? How should he format his resume? Any tips? He's looking in NYC/North Jersey/LI .

Thanks in advance!!
