RP- Dazzling Affairs brides- I need your help!

Ok, I have my final meeting with Francesca tomorrow, I thought I e-mailed the forms she sent me to my home e-mail account, but I didn't.....so they're stuck on my work computer. I have to fill them out by 4PM tomorrow when I meet with her.

can someone send me the forms? my e-mail account is [email protected]

Thanks!

I've also e-mailed Francesca to resend them to me. hopefully she checks her e-mail before we meet up!
