Hi ladies, I have to go bridesmaid dress shopping with about 4 of the girls while I am home for Christmas and other than David's Bridal I don't know where to go for inexpensive dresses. Any ideas? Also, do you usually need an appointment? Thanks!
The service is outstanding at Helen's Wedding World on Austin Boulevard in Commack. They carry Alfred Angelo, Bill Levkoff, Jordan, Impression and a few others that I can't think of at the moment. For this particular salon you do not need an appointment, but if you plan to go on a Saturday I would make one anyway.

Paradise Bridal in Patchogue and Fantasia in Rocky Point had a great selection. I'd recommend getting a quote on Netbride.com after you pick your dress though. They're almost always much cheaper than the salon.
all the bridal stores told me no appointment needed for looking for bm dresses and you don't need one when ordering but it would make things easier.....and good luck!
