RP from 08 Brides - Gift for fellow bride??

One of my bridesmaids and closest friends is getting married (I am in her wedding too); she lives out in Colorado and that is where her shower is in June; after pricing airline tix ($400!!) I reluctantly decided not to go, but I want to send something really special for her to open that day...
