RP from 08 - makeup trial pics - honest opinions please

I finally had my 1st makeup trial today (regular makeup). i am not sure how i like it. not a big makeup person. I asked for a natural look with a little kick of glamour. She used browns on the eyes. i think i look gross in every picture !!

have another trial scheduled for Wednesday with airbrush makeup. Will airbrush cover up the undereye circles better??

Please give me your honest opinions or suggestions. She was really nice & open to suggesions.

i dont think you look gross at all but I think a different color would make your eyes pop a bit more. As for the airbrushing... I dont think that it will affect any undereye darkness, I would imagine that the concealer would be more impt in covering them up.

Maybe ask for a splash of color instead of all neutrals?

I like the cheeks and the lips--they are natural looking but with a touch of color--but I agree that a bit more emphasis could be given to the eyes. Perhaps a darker, smokier line on the top lid (possibly under, too?)? I like the shadows used on the lid but suggest that the color on the inner lid be a bit less frosty. Good luck!

I think you look great but I agree with everyone else...the eyes need to be more dramatic. Maybe another color or more eyeliner or something...but you look great!

I just looked at your epics and your trial -- I think you look beautiful in your epics! You didn't look at all comfortable with your make up in this trial -- who did your make-up for epics? I'd consider going with them. I don't think the trial is bad, but I think you are prettier than that trial.

thanks that's so sweet. yeah i wasn't luving it at all. i went to a local salon for my epics. unfortunately they don't come to the house & i'm already going to a different salon for my hair (they don't do makeup. so that would be too much running around.

well wednesday is trial # 2 w/airbrush. another thing is my makeup was almost all gone by 11:00. only lasted a few hours.
