you can use a few different things depending on how you want it to come out and you showed two different boards.

1st board:
Get a piece of plywood and use spray adhesive to attach a piece of cork (you can buy cork in a larger piece all rolled up or in smaller tiles) to the wood board. Then take your fabric and use a staple gun to staple it to the underside of the wood on one side. Stretch the fabric tightly and then staple the opposite side of the rectangle (again on the backside.) Its best if you put a single staple in the center of each side and keep pulling the fabric to keep it tight.

Then you can use map pins, straight pins, or whatever to tack up your cards.

Another idea is to take a piece of foamcore (bought in any craftstore) and cut it to size. Once more, you can use spray adhesive to attach the fabric to the board or you can just 'wrap' it around and staple or tape it to the backside.

2nd board:
I am not totally sure but it looks like a bunch of different ribbons tacked to a piece of foamcore. Cut the foamcore down to size. Cut your ribbon pieces abour 2 inches larger than the board. Tack/Staple the ribbon on the backside of one edge of the foamcore and then again on the otherside of the rectangle. You will not attach the middle of the ribbon to the face of the foamcore so instead you can tuck the flap of the escort cards into place. I guess you could fully attach the ribbons if you planned on using pins to hold the cards in place.

Wow, that was really long, hopefully it helps

for the first one:
I would probably just buy a cork board that is the size you want and wrap it with either ribbons or a nice piece of fabric. then use fancy push pins to attach the cards.

looks great. im sure youll come up with something amazing.

can you just take a peice of plain old bulletin board and wrap it in a pretty fabric and then put the tags on there with cute pins?
