Can anyone using/used Patken tell me how long the photographer/videographer is with you that day? I can't remember what they told me and I coulndt find it on my contract??

they both came to the hotel at 2pm and left the hall at midnight when it ended

They were the first ones to the RH that day, and left about a half hour before it ended.

Our video guy was there when the photographer arrived at my parents house so around 12:30, then our other photog arrived shortly before we left for our picture location. Then we went to our picture location, then wedding/reception. Photogs left around 9:30 and video guy stayed till the very end at 10. He honestly was having a blast with us so i think that might of made a difference. He really like our music and talked to half my friends since we are all photography/videographers and graphic designers IoI
Honestly i loved what they did, can't wait to see the video and my album proof but everything else is amazing!!!

we had a 1130 ceremony, and steve showed up at the hotel at 7am and stayed until the end of the reception.
