Ok..so here we are almost 6 months after our wedding and we just finally sat down and started to 'pick' the pictures we'd like for our album and parents album. The problem is we were told to pick 40 pics for ourselves and 20 for the parents. As you all can imagine..out of almost 1000 pictures...it is VERY hard to only pick 60. We chose 102..LOL!. Now..here is where the help is needed:
1. Is there an order to the pictures that we should pick?
2. Should they tell a story?
3. Do we include pics of the bridal party?
4. If we opt to get a story book album..aren't there more than 40 pictures?
I need help girls..and BAD!!! So please...HELP ME!

Yes, your album should tell the story of your wedding day. Everything doesn't have to be in chronological order tho, for example we took pics of us leaving the RH and then we cut the cake so obviously the cake cutting will go first and then us leaving is last.
As for the BP, if you have limited space just do a group shot. We did one with me and the girls, one with him and the guys, and one with all of us. We couldn't fit everyone as they walked down the aisle.

This is SOOO hard!! BUT..we really need to get this done. Before you know it the baby will be here and it will be nearly a year later. We haven't even done our Thank You cards. People must think we are SO rude!!

Ours told a story and we had tons of pics of the BP in there.
We have a storybook album and we got to choose 120 pics... we went way over! So hard to choose from all the proofs, good luck!

I believe we are going to go over as well. 40 pictures just is not enough to tell a story the way we want....

I think the pictures should tell a story. I chose a particular order for my pictures. Your photographer should help you with layout. As for the BP that is up to you. I included pictures of the BP.

Yeah I think this is what is going to happen with us too even though we paid our photographer in full..I'm sure there will be the lovely 'additional costs'....ugh!
