If I'm correct, I don't think you're allowed to do fireworks in NY period. They're illegal, which is why you can't buy them here. You can't do sparklers either so you won't be able to find a RH that allows them.
I had wanted fireworks and when we were looking at places not one said yes and they all gave the reason being you have to have a special permit special peple tp dp it etc...and the liability if someone gets hurt

Yeah they are ILLEGAL in all of NY. You can ask your RH if you can have it though and if they allow it bec I know some party planning places can provide that for you. I want tehmalso but its going to be a big deal trying to get them so I decided against them
hmmm on glen island harbour country club's site they have a pic of a couple standing by the water and watching fireworks...this is westchester not li but it is illegal in NY so not sure what that is all about
Ok so I know you need permits and it's a big deal and stuff. I'm also well aware that they are illegal to buy and use in new york IF YOU ARE NOT A PROFESSIONAL. I'm pretty sure FH and I wouldn't be out there lighting off fireworks at our wedding!!! My question was does anyone know of any places in Nassau or Suffolk that allows them or should I say will allow you to do them with a permit.
Lands End allows it - so I'm pretty sure ALL Lovin' Oven halls do...

I wanted fireworks so bad cuz FH proposed at the Disney fireworks but $$ and all the legal stuff is too much to worry about.
