I have pink eye and I got sent home from work, and they won't let me work tomorrow!! Granted I'm a nurse at Sloan Kettering, but I wash my hands!! It's such a waste of sick time!! uugghhh!!! I got pink eye from work and now im being quarantined!! Not to mention I spent 6 hrs in the ER making sure I didn't scratch my cornea...at the recommendation of the docs on my floor. Oh and I have to get medically cleared before I'm allowed on the floor again! How ridiculous!!! Needless to say my cornea wasn't scratched and I ended up spending the day with 4 ladies who's horse carriage fell over in Central Park (how crazy is that?) and a guy that peed himself!! LOVELY! Let's see how long it takes FH to get it!!
