RP from BHB: Woodlands troubles again!!
Hi,
I have had my wedding booked over at The Woodlands for over a year now. I originally fell in love with Maureen, the original BM, only to have her leave unexpectantly and quickly. Needless to say I was quite upset and nervous about the transition. I sat down and met with the new BM, Stefan, about a month ago and we talked and he eased my mind , threw in a few things and me and my fiance left feeling comfortable. I have been calling for the past few weeks trying to reach Stefan to ask about the menu and cake and they keep telling me he is out for a few days. Well today I blew up their spot and said I have been calling for weeks and getting the same story can someone please be honest with me? Well, now 4 months before my wedding I am told that Stefan is out on personal leave and they are unsure about when or if he is returning. They nicely invite me to come in and meet Margaret, so she can get to know us!! Well I just did that with Stefan, now I have to do it again with Margaret-is she going to leave in a few weeks too? Who's next??? I am so worried and upset about this!! Sorry just had to vent and give a heads up to other Woodlands brides!
