What furniture stores (besides Ethan Allen) allow you to pick a piece and then pick from a ton of different fabrics (not just a few swatches like Fortunoff, JCPenney, etc)?

crate and barrel in the americana has an entire fabric department.

What type of furniture. We bought a couch from The Place in Carle Place (also has a location on Rte 110). We then had a chair made by them in a fabric which we chose. We also had them make matching pillows with that same fabric to place on the couch.
