RP: HELP...BM dress color problems

Okay...my girls are wearing a jim hjelm bm dress in the color jasper. It is a blue grey color. I cannot figure out how to post a picture or else I would!

One question is what color shoes should the girls wear, the dresses are tea-length?

Also, what color flowers would you put with this color?

Any help would be great!!!! TIA

silver shoes would be very pretty with a blue-gray, and they could wear them again.

Re: RP: HELP...BM dress color problems

my BM dresses are likea royal blue color and we're doing silver shoes. also, our flowers are pink. i saw a picture posted somewhere and thought the blue and pink looked so pretty together. i think i put the flower pic in my album, i know the dress color is there.

good luck!

That is what I thought...my blue is similar. I went to my florist and decided on 2 shades of pink roses for the girls. Then, when I went back to leave a deposit, someone else helped me and she said it would not look good together...too much like a baby shower. SO now, I am driving myself crazy!!! I don't know why I am letting make me second guess myself!

By the way...i love those dresses, I considered them as well!!

blue and pink go well together, doesn't look like a babyshower...

other options you could try maybe lavendar, light yellow, or peachy pink

Ditto on silver shoes...

Re: RP: HELP...BM dress color problems

I didn't want matchy shoes so the girls are wearing silver.
Take a swatch to your florist and they should give you ideas.
I had no idea what colors and my florist spend over an hour with me letting me see so many types of flowers and colors against the swatch.
If all else fails and you can't make a decision, you can always go with white flowers...
