RP: Jt brides help

i feel like i am sending out the bat signal

ok so i want to display parent and grandparent wedding photos at the reception. I ordered beautiful picture frames for my 8x10 photos BUT i didn't realize how big the actual FRAME was it is like 11X14 so I need *SIX* of them

Now, has anyone seen how they could set this up for me? I thought they would put it on a small round table next to the place card table but maybe there can be a long table or two small tables with three photos on each?

i really like the frames and more importantly, it will be a PITA to ship back.

What do you think?

First, which room do you have for CH and reception?

I think two smaller tables (one on each side of the place card tables) would be good. Just make sure you tell them SPECIFICALLY what/where you want it. Also where you want it after the CH is over (during reception)

I agree. Tell them in detail. Write everything out! I gave such detailed/specific instructions along with the BOXES of stuff I brought there the week of...they nailed everything!!!!!
I labeled every box and wrote on it what was inside and what room it was for.

i had some frames for poems and stuff...when i brought my final box with all my stuff, i just stuck post-its on where i'd like it to be: ie: 'To be displayed with placecards'...they took care of the rest! don't worry - they'll make sure everything is taken care of
