Did anyone have trouble emailing them back your photo? The stupid email keeps on telling me something about a SMTP which to my understaning means that they are not accepting my email address for some reason. Did anyone else have this problem? Can someone help???

hmm....i didnt use a picture so i didnt have that problem. did you try calling them? i called them once before i ordered with a million annoying questions and they were really helpful.
