RP: Makeup trial tipping question

Hi everyone - for those girls who are new since the last 3 weeks or so - welcome!! To everyone else, I've been away and super busy with school so haven't been posting or hardly lurking! I only have 6 weeks more of school and after that I'll be back full time!

In the meantime I have a quick question esp for girls who've used MiA.....

I have my trial coming up next week with MiA and I was curious if those who had their trials with her tipped her? I have no idea how this works so any input would be great!! Thanks!

I don't have Mia but i plan on tipping my hair AND makeup people $10 each for the trial

'technically' since it is the trial AND since they are working on their own you are NOT obligated to tip them.

However, i HATE that and I always tip people who help me - even owners etc.

Yeah around 10 dollars sounds right. I would feel bad not tipping them.

What is a good tip for the day of??

yeah i agree they should be tipped.

I understand the whole owners thing too that you dont tip...but were not talking about people who own a business and have a bunch of other employee's they make money off of or a big business period, so i dont know i see this a bit differently.
