well i just called flowerama about my dress - when i was there the woman said that the dress could take 6 months to come in so i assumed it would be in in 6 months
but i just called and the guy said the dress will come EIGHT weeks before the wedding - is that enough time for alterations and stuff?! it seems awfully close!
now i am freaking AND i have to call back since i ordered my veil and tiara with them too and i DEFINITELY need those before then bc i want to do my trial with them. . .
i understand WHY it is 8 weeks before, i wouldnt want it hanging around there for long either - but i am just not sure it is enough time!

Re: RP: time for alterations?
8 weeks should be just enough time, but if they are delayed, you could be cutting it close - only because all the girls have to schedule their alterations and if they can only go on weekends, it gets busy.
I would call them and tell them you'd like them sooner, but chances are they'll tell you that that's the set date. Don't worry, it will be fine!
