RP: What would you prefer?

For Anniversary #1
Who is going with the traditional present made of paper,
and who is going with the modern present of a clock?

I can't decide whether or not to take DH on vacation, or buy him a really insane watch he has been dying for for years?
I'm asking so far ahead of time because I need to save!!!
Advice? Opinon?

Hi! I don't know? We still have a couple of months before we tie the knot.

What would DH love better? Plus do you have the time in your schedule for the vacation this year? If not give him the watch that he will love as much as the vacation. It is up to you.

LitBallerinaGirl, are you a dance teacher? I am a dancer and a dance teacher. Just wanted to know.

DEFINITELY the watch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You will have many anniversaries to take trips.....now is time for the watch!!!!!!!!!!!! (unless you're planning kids in the next year....in that case, the trip)

forget the watch....go on the trip!!!!!!!
You'll have a family some day and travelling alone together will be hard. A watch makes a great present during that time.
Now, while you're young w/o kids is the time to travel. THE VACATION!

I say vacation!
We are doing a vacation trip to vegas! YAY! and then I am going the 'paper' route- and I am thinking, either a black and white print from our honeymoon probably of greece-framed-OR a tree/plant or bush for our house/and a mag. subsrcrip.

I would do 'clock' but he got a movado for the wedding and he got another for his birthday! He loves them!


depending on what kind of trip you do, you might be able to do the watch and a weekend away somewhere rather than an all out vacation!
