Hi guys!

I am printing up my menu now and wondering ....

Do I capitalize Mediterranean Sea Bass in the description??

Also so I carpitalize Portobello Mushroom?

I should know this but I really dont!!!!

I believe only Mediteranean should be capitalized.... the others are not proper names.....
truthfully, I believe there's a lot of free license given for menu text....
