RSVP by...

When you send out your invites what is the RSVP date? RSVP a month before the wedding, two months? Three weeks?

So if my wedding is in March and I send out invites in January, what would be the RSVP date?

from what I have seen, it's usually a month before. But you know your friends and family, are they the kind that will procrastinate?

We set our RSVP for May 15 for our June 25 wedding

We sent them out early April

I plan on making our RSVP date 5 weeks prior.

we just sent them out on saturday and they are due by aug 1. They suggest adding two weeks for a holiday weekend

Thanks ladies. We are hoping to get a few no's back right away so we can send other 'B' ppl their invites right away. Do you think 5 or 6 weeks would be better for something like that?

our RSVP date was about 5 weeks before. I wanted to leave enough time to finish up all the little DIY projects.

RSVP date of Sept 10th for our October 15th wedding. Going to send invites out at the end of July

Usually depends when your final list is due to the hall - My rsvp date is 11/10 and the wedding is 12/17

I'm planning on sending them out end of April with a June 1st RSVP, so about 5 weeks. I know I will be hunting down the RSVP slackers and don't want to stress the last few days before our final headcount is due to VYC.
