My mailman hasn't come yet, but our RSVP date was last week so my mom and FMIL have been phone stalking people and gave me the following responses:
my mom - 1 yes, 2 no's FMIL - 8 no's
still waiting on 8 people (4 RSVP cards)
current count is 114 yes's (which is about 29% no's for those keeping track)
ETA: well, the mail came and we got 2 rsvp cards ... one had already verbally declined, and the other verbally accepted after FMIL called them since we didn't get their card in time (but in their defense, they did send it in time) ... so 2 cards, 2 yes's, 2 no's ... but my totals don't change as a result

Well my rsvp is this week, July 23. Right now the count is:
73 Yes 3 No (hoping for some more of these )
Still missing 79 people (48 cards) Looks like I am going to be making a ton of calls next week. PEOPLE smh!
