How many days before the wedding are you making your RSVP date? How long before the wedding are you sending out the invites?
The Knot.com says send out the invites 6 weeks before the wedding and RSVP to 3 weeks before the wedding.
What are you doing?

I should of had my rsvp date 2 months prior! We sent them out in mid June with an rsvp date of August 15th...we should have made it the end of July..we wouldn't be in the situation we are in now!

Just a note--we did send out STDs as well.

I think the standard is to send the invites out 2-2.5 months before the wedding with a rsvp date of 4-5 weeks before.

We sent out std's too. Hopefully, we are sending them out the of this month (2 month mark) and the RSVP date is end of September (1 month mark)

I sent out my invites 2 months before the wedding and have the RSVP date set exactly one month before.

Our invites went out the week of July 21st with an RSVP date of 8/27 for our 9/27 wedding date
