RSVP date

HOw do you determine the RSVP date on your invitation!
If i'm getting married on June 14th, what should the rsvp date be (please excuse any mispellings, i blame it on the wine)

We are getting married June 20th and our money is due a month before so we are making our RSVP date May 9th. If we went another week it would be May 16th and it would be cutting it too close for all the last minute RSVP'ers.

my RSVP is a month before the wedding. my wedding is May 16th and my rsvp date is April 15th.

I originally had mine as one month to the date prior, but then I changed it to November 1st. Our count and final payment is due 10 days prior, so the day before Thanksgiving, so I figure that gives a week for late rsvp-ers and another couple of weeks to track people down.

1 month it gives time for those people who think there supposed to put the rsvp in the mail on the rsvp date.

our wedding is may 30th and i'm having the RSVP date April 15th. Some ppl may think its a little too early but i want to give our families enough time to get their sh*t together and mail it back.

I'm right there with you. I know some people will think my RSVP is too early but that's ok.

Our is May 24th, RSVP is April 8th. I baked in some xtra time due to the long weekend. But I do plan on making a few calls to confirm w/ everyone prior to the final deposit.

I did mine for exactly a month prior...that will give me 2 weeks give or take to call everyone who didn't RSVP in time...LOL. My final count isn't due till 2 weeks prior...so I'm playing safe..

Our last payment and final numbers are due the week of the wedding, so I made the RSVP date to be two weeks before the wedding (June 27th).

Most people make it about a month before. Our wedding is May 16, RSVP date is April 6th. We know we will have some family members who do not respond on time so we wanted the extra tme to track them down!
